Add support for X-XRDS-Location meta header
As discussed in IRC please update the LinkOpenID extension in SVN using the
attached patch. The patch adds support for inclusion of the X-XRDS-Location
meta header which needs to be supported for full OpenID delegation support as
per http://wiki.openid.net/Delegation.
