Fixed in SVN (INSTALL) and on the wiki.
P.S. You can contact me via mail if you would like to have an account at
semantic-mediawiki.org. The anonymous editing on our old documentation (and the
resulting confusion) was just too much work for us to handle, hence the
restrictive policy now.
