OK, some quick notes:
Renaming 'setDisplayTitle' breaks any extensions that may use it. I'd keep it
as it was.
Not sure I like the naming of '$requestedDisplayTitleH1'. Why does it have
'request'?
'MediaWiki escapes this automatically before it is seved out' should be *serves
