list=allusers&aulimit=n seems to have an off by one error somewhere. Loading
the linked url will provide one with two usernames, rather than three. The same
will occur on fr.wiki and de.wiki. es.wiki, eo.wiki, zh.wiki are all
unaffected. Setting the aufrom= parameter will fix the problem for wikis that
do suffer from this bug, same with augroup= or auprefix=. Adding
auprop=editcount will not fix the problem. I was unable to reproduce this on my
local wiki, neither with current svn or current scapped version
