Mediawiki should allow namespace-specific copyright notices, for those wikis
that have most of the site licensed in one way, and a particular namespace(s)
licensed in another way. It would be possible to accomplish this with {{#ifeq:
{{NAMESPACE}}|...}} except that {{NAMESPACE}} doesn't always transclude from
Mediawiki:Copyright. (It does in the Mediawiki namespace but not everywhere
else)
