Hi, somewhere I can't find again, you have to go through translation requests,
there is a page entitled "Wikipedia is not a home for convelescents". Either
on this page, or a page nearby, when an article comes up there is half a second
of foreign language before the page settles. I don't think this should be
happening, I guess that's a matter of opinion though. I'm fairly sure this
counts as a bug, if not then sorry.
