Semi-related to bug 16677 in that it's another "we mostly treat media: as a
magic alias to file:" buglet.
Currently {{localurl:media:foo}} returns a URL with 'Media:' in the title,
which ain't cool. It should be returning the File: title in such as case...
Media: is for internal use only, and should never be showing up in web links we
generate.
