By default, searches on Commons cover the '(Gallery)', 'File', 'Help',
'Category' and 'MediaWiki talk' namespaces. 'MediaWiki talk' shouldn't be on
that list, I can't think of any cases where users trying to search for media
files would be interested in discussions about interface messages.
