Currently the hawhaw-based mobile wikipedia gateway only supports languages for
which there's a localization of the interface. If you ask for another one on
the subdomain, you get English instead; and you can't select anything else in
the settings dialog.
It would be nice to let it handle *any* language we have a Wikipedia for,
falling back to the English UI for the gateway.
This may require some hacks to fetch keywords and sitenames out of MediaWiki
localization files or the API directly. (Eg, siteinfo can provide namespace
names... but not thumbnail keywords.)
