In the Cebuano Wikipedia,
I suspect, the current new namespacename:
7 - 'Hisgot sa IPayl'
to be a typing error, because he have:
6 - 'Imagen' (old) starts wit "I",
6 - 'Payl' (new) does not have an "I",
and two capitals at the beginning of a word are quite unusual.
All other talk namespacenames are 'Hisgot sa ' followed by objectnamespace with
capital initial in the Cebuano Wikipedia.
