For consistency's sake, all magic words and parser functions should be able to
be preceded by a #. While we obviously can't go back in time and add
consistency, add aliases seems perfectly acceptable.
Examples include {{PAGENAME}} --> {{#PAGENAME}}, {{lc:Foo}} --> {{#lc:Foo}},
etc.
