On Special:RecentChanges pages from namespaces without FlaggedRevs appear with
a red exclamation marks. A few days ago exclamation marks appears only with
allowed namespaces of reviewable pages ($wgFlaggedRevsNamespaces).
Now RC are illegible.
I propose restore changes.
