The Offender field in the Oversight UI does not understand that an underscore
is equivalent to a space, so "Some_User" returns no results when "Some User"
does. The Oversighter and Title fields do treat '_' = ' '.
As a result, the recently added link from user contribs (bug 16380) fails when
the username has a space in it.
