The URL works as of sob gru 27 17:50:13 CET 2008 (it's unflagged revision now).
If #mw-revisiontag contains relatively short text (depends on a translation),
the following paragraph text (one or sometime two lines) overflow the table or
image posted with the first paragraph.
I've tried to debug this but I am not a master at the CSS positioning. If the
#mw-revisiontag text is long enough, no problems appear.
Confirmed at least at the following Mozilla-derivatives:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD amd64; en-US; rv:1.8.1.18) Gecko/20081115
SeaMonkey/1.1.13
