DumpHTML uses getZoneUrl() to construct image URLs. Thus, the dump process
fails when it reaches an image from a foreign repo.
Not sure if a sane getZoneUrl() can be added or if the interface needs to be
changed - it doesn't seem like a good idea to let DumpHTML construct URLs
itself.
