Currently, it is possible to retrieve deleted revisions through the API only by
page, not by user. An API equivalent to [[Special:DeletedContributions]] would
be useful.
This is related to bug 14869; I have filed it as a separate issue because this
particular query is much more needed than most of the others listed there (half
of them are disabled on en.wikipedia).
