If flag an article automatically, then this implies that the current version of
the article is flagged as sighted. Therefore, the page with stable=1 and the
page with stable=0 are identical. Thus, it would be nicer to have the regular
URL for the article (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article), instead of
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Article&stable=0.
