In Arabic and Persian languages, some vowels are not regularly written, unless
there is a need to clarify the pronunciation of a word. An example of such a
need is when the title of a page is a loanword. Some wikis (e.g. Persian
Wikipedia) prefer to keep those vowels out of the page title (to increase the
chances of page being located through web searches) but still would like the
page title to have the harakats. A typical solution will be to allow this to be
used with DISPLAYTITLE.

The mostly used harakats (which are common in the two languages) are: ِ ُ َ
