Summary: "Cannot delete" error message should use error/warning
                    style
           Product: MediaWiki
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
               URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FDSLKjfsdlkjsfd?action=dele
                    te
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: Deleting
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

When attempting to delete a page that no longer exists, there's a message to
the effect "Could not delete the page or file specified. (It may have already
been deleted by someone else.)"

This is displayed in plain text formatting, which doesn't look very error-y. If
you're not paying attention, it doesn't look that much different from the
success message.

It would probably make sense to mark at least the initial part using the
error/warning class (big red text) for consistency with other errors. The later
explanatory text ("may have been deleted by someone else") can be left in plain
text.

(Customized text on for instance English Wikipedia goes on to add a bunch of
other links after this as well. We definitely wouldn't want to just wrap the
existing message in a <div class='error'>)
