I noticed that the new Timezone setting does not work for the _global_ account
(for users with unified login).
It's clear from
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Unified_login#What_it_doesn.27t_change that
personal preferences are currently still local.
However, I regard a global Timezone setting for unified user account as very
useful and therefore propose to add the functionality: make Timezone settings a
global preference for unified accounts.
