Could we possibly have the following code added to our wiki?
$wgNamespaceAliases['WP'] = NS_PROJECT;
The above link shows consensus.
We have deleted all of the pages currently with the WP: prefix that were in the
mainspace and recreated them in the Project: namespace to avoid conflicts.
