If the [[MediaWiki:Deletedtext]] contains section headings, these will act as
edit links to the page that has just been deleted. They should either act as
edit links on [[MediaWiki:Deletedtext]] or should not be displayed.
(It can of course be worked around by adding __NOEDITSECTION__ to the
Deletedtext message).
