The site notice "dismiss" link or button has a layout problem.
See the green text in attached screen shot.
Best was, not to add [ and ] to it programmatically at all.
They serve no real purpose, may be unsuitible or innapropriate in some
languages/scripts, and they unnecessarily use up space.
