Special page aliases should be overridable, so they could match the customized
names.
Example:
Wantedpages and WantedPages is eg. the default set shipped with MediaWiki.
Some sites would rather call it WantedArticles, WantedTopics, WantedEntries
etc...
Applies to lots of special page names.
However the alias set should preserve the default set, thus old set should be
appended (but not vice versa to allow the override) to the new set.
