In the proposed flag protection system, autoconfirmed users are granted
autoreview rights by default. If we use a 'reviewer' usergroup, we should have
the possibility to disable autoreview for autoconfirmed users who are not
reviewers on a particular page. It may take the form of a check box, checked by
default, maybe below the Flaggedrevs levels. This will affect pages that are
semi flag protected and full flag protected. This would allow a merge of the
'classic' Flaggedrevs configuration and flag protection, and allow to conduct
trials for both. See the url for a PHP configuration.
