In the monobook theme there is an accesskey for the main page in two places:
both the logo (which brings you to the main page) and the first menu item (for
the main page) has an accesskey Z.
It's bad practice to use more than one accesskey with the same key, and
confusing for the browser and/or user. So one should be removed.
I'd recommend that *the main page menu item accesskey is removed* because site
admins are somewhat likely to change the menu (eliminating the "mainpage"
reference).
