There are some categories, that only contain Templates or Files. However, when
clicking one of the specialpage links on top of the category page, you get the
special page with namespace 0 selected and thus no results for your category.
So a "show all namespaces" option for these two pages would be nice, that could
be used for these links so they just show all relevant pages from the category.
