Action=AgentTicketZoom no longer shows the "(plain)" links in the list of
messages for a ticket. They used to link to Action=AgentTicketPlain, which
still exists and works, but doesn't seem to be linked from anywhere anymore. It
allows seeing full message headers and downloading the message and all its
attachments as a single eml file.
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:OTRS_PL.png has an example of how the
link used to be (in Polish): "bez formatowania"
