The order of the entries in Special:Specialpages
is a complete mess, since they are ordered by a
(useless) default sort order matching no languages
sort order in the world.
(-: While treating each community equally bad may be just, :-)
it would be better to attach a sort key to individual
special page names, like the ones used with [[category:...|key]]
statements inside normal pages.
