The logging .gz dump seems to generate pretty slowly; nowiki's been running for
about a day and this seems unusually long. Additionally, it's lumped in with
the stub dumps which is a big confusing and isn't giving any feedback info on
how it's running, which makes people think it's broken.
Recommend splitting it out to a separate item, improving its status feedback,
and preferably finding out why its so slow. :)
