The following line in monobook/main.css causes high CPU usage in Internet
Explorer 7:
.TablePager tr:hover td { background-color: #eeeeff }
As far as I can see, this is used primarily on Special:ListFiles. However, it
will cause slowdown on all pages, especially large ones. When scrolling down
and hovering over links on
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Deletion_review>, it is quite
noticeable.
Removing the aforementioned CSS rule fixes the problem.
