Currently, one can view metadata for the top revision of a file, but not
deleted files nor older revisions. Please provide a method of viewing metadata
for old revisions and deleted revisions of files.
Currently, one can do this in two ways:
1) spam the deletion log to force an old revision to be the top revision so you
can view the metadata - especially for file revisions which are deleted, this
is obviously problematic
2) download the file and view metadata manually - this requires one to know
that it can be done, and also how to do it in addition to having an external
tool to do it
Metadata for deleted files should be viewable by sysops only; metadata for old
revisions should be viewable by anyone who can view files.
