Hi,
My english is bad ...
I ( with some persons) want to suggest a new extension.
For SVG file (map), this extension fill a color (red) in polygon(s). This
polygon have an id.
I read many extension documentations.
I am PHP programmer but i do not understand all on extension problem.
How do this work and implement in Wikipedia ?
