In a german installation of MediaWiki there is the page "Über Wiki" also known
as MediaWiki:Aboutpage. Setting this page into $wgArticleRobotPolicies has no
effect. I guess, it has to do with the umlaut "Ü" in the page name. Escaping
the page name did not work either. Other pages worked.
