patch that will move Special:Interwiki into 'wiki' section
I'm talking about Extension:SpecialInterwiki
(http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Special:Interwiki)
and I've put it into the General Category because it's not listed.
I've made a patch for SpecialInterwiki.php that will put Special:Interwiki into
the wiki section of Special:SpecialPages instead of 'other'.
