Currently, when installing MediaWiki, the options for "Copyright/license" are:
No license metadata; GNU Free Documentation License 1.2; or a Creative Commons
license. There should be a fourth option: Other License. This option should
allow the user to select a license by entering the license name and the URL
pointing to the license text.
