Apply wfMsg where appropriate
The "RSS" and "Atom" links to the recent changes feeds are displayed lowercase
in the page topbar.
This is because an index of $wgFeedClasses (usually 'rss' or 'atom') gets
displayed as-is, lowercased
and untranslated.
