No matter what block-options one chooses that "autoblock disabled" is always
there for IPs:

IMHO to show "autoblock disabled" in logs makes no sense for IPs,
it makes sense for accounts, where the valid blockoption "Automatically block
the last IP address used by this user, and any subsequent IPs they try to edit
from" is unchecked.
Therefore, please can the log be changed not to show "autoblock disabled" for
blocks of IPs, while it should still be there when an account-name is blocked
with that option.
