The new Ploticus format contains a "showcsv" option that outputs a csv link.
This would be a very useful option to have with the table format, as users
often want to view or browse data before downloading it as CSV.
I've raised this request against Semantic MediaWiki because the table format
doesn't appear to be in SemanticResultsFormats yet. If this is incorrect please
reassign.
