The sending of log notices to identica from morebots fails more often then we'd
like; a frequent cause seems to be simply length.
identica limits messages to 140 bytes, so we need to ensure that longer
messages get trimmed or split. (Trimming is probably fine; if there are more
relevant details they can be read from the wiki -- the feed is mainly to get an
overview of activity.)
Additionally, the "I failed" message from morebots would be more helpful if it
distinguishes between failures on the wiki post and on the identica feed.
