We have reached consensus at fr.wikipedia that the localized string for
“Exclude in print” should be “Wikipédia:Exclure lors de l'impression”
instead of “Exclure lors de l'impression”. This is because the local
convention is that all categories outside of the mainspace should be prefixed
by the keyword “Wikipédia.”
