There exists the possibiliy to show the message MediaWiki:Talkpagetext to all users who edit a talk page. But 1. long-time users don't need that hint and 2. editors should see the hint, _before_ editing. So I request the opportunity to place a small message (like "please write your message at the bottom and sign it.") * at the top of all talk pages * to all ip addresses and new users. Actually I request that feature for de-wiki.
