{{achnorencode:…}} is somewhat broken. With normal section achnors, the
wikisyntax is stripped off. So ==[[abc]]== renders "#abc". But
{{achnorencode:[[abc]]}} renders "#.5B.5Bfoo.5D.5D", what does not work
properly.
