As per request for help on meta (see url), it was rightly pointed out by
Hanberke that the interwiki indication Türkmen indicates pertaining to the
national state and should therefore be changed into Türkmençe to indicate the
language (cf. Türk and Türkçe for tr).
As this is imho in full correspondance with our policies regarding these
interwiki names, i request this to be changed asap, thank you!
