The file logo on a file description page for documents (PDFs) is not linking to
the file.
Example:
http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/File:Attribution_Survey_Results.pdf
The PDF logo/icon is linking to File:....pdf again, not to
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/foundation/9/93/Attribution_Survey_Results.pdf
like images would do.
