In my opinion the hardcoded "2001-01-15T16:12:34" on [[Special:Preferences]]
should replace by the current local time. It is more useless to have a outdated
time at the place (the description is in code, but nobody know about that).
Show the current time is the best way to demonstrate the formats. The user can
interpreted the time.
