jo...@nlwiki can't login after being renamed from Joris1919 earlier today. When
trying to do so MediaWiki returns the MySQL's error "1062: Duplicate entry
'Joris1919' for key 2 (10.0.6.23)" which was called from User::saveSettings.
According to the renaming log his account has indeed been renamed. His old
edits do appear under his new user name.
