Add the ability to optionally add metadata using EXIF/XMP into the generated
plots, like:
- URL - where the plot lives (use anchor links)
- assigned Title if any
- create date, etc.
and possibly, some additional metadata as specified in the inline query
parameters.
Use either exiv2 or exiftool to embed the metadata. For SVG, add the metadata
element in the XML.
Metadata will be added when LocalSettings.php parameter $srfgExifToolPath is
set.
