The Saterlandic wikipedia still has the English logo. I fixed the image at commons:Image:Wikipedia-logo-stq.png, so that one now has the right dimensions. I made an appeal today to several Saterlandic admins and in the local village pump of the wikipedia to update the logo at stq:File:Wiki.png too (I don't have the proper rights).
