Special:AbuseFilter/history displays the revision history of some specific
filter in a table format, with a "Changes" link for diffs. However, for the
initial revision of a filter, this link currently throws an error: "Unable to
fetch the requested versions"
To reproduce:
Visit the provided URL
Find the initial revision of some filter, such as the one timestamped "19:44,
2009 March 17" by Prodego
Click on "Changes" link to view the error
Suggested fix: Either display a diff from the empty string, display a "Newly
created filter" type of message, or display nothing at all - in that order of
usefulness
